Career as a Rapper
Gunn set up the independent record label called Griselda Records in 2012. Initially he worked on many projects along with his brother, Conway the Machine. His first studio album was titled “Flygod” in 2016. It was a massive commercial hit and got the best feedback. After that Westside signed the recording contract with Shady Records on March 3, 2017. In collaboration with Shady records, Gunn released a collaborative EP titled “Flygod Is Good… All the Time”.
Gunn has released many numbers and songs with other singers including Anderson Paak, Busta Rhymes, Pete Rock, The Alchemist, MF Doom, and Madlib. On April 17, 2020, Gun released his third studio album with the title of “Pray for Paris”. It again met him with huge success and positive feedback.
