He worked in a store company Dollar General in 2019 before venturing into the music field. However, later he quit the job to focus on music. His manager however suggested that he release the song, “Let You Go”. It was a much well-received song and worked for his breakthrough in music career. Unghetto Mathieu later was called for a meeting by Zeke and Sylvia, CEO of Epic Records through an email. After the talk with Sylvia, he performed for her and even backflipped off the chair and it impressed Sylvia. Mathieu released his commercial hit song with the title of “Gang Up”; it was released on March 4, 2017.
