Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is rich with natural moisturizer for the dry skin in cold or dry weather. Apply some pure coconut oil on your dry lips 2 to 3 times a day. It heals your lips rapidly. You can use olive oil instead of it.


Honey is a powerful home remedy for dry lips. It is rich with antibacterial and healing properties that heal your painful lips and makes them healthy. Leave some pure honey on your lips over the night. Or prepare a paste with glycerin and honey. And apply it on the lips before sleeping. You will get smooth and cooling lips at morning. I personally use honey for my dry lip healing. It works nice on me.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is a useful remedy for scaly dry lips. It mainly heals and moisturizes the lips. Apply some Aloe Vera gel on your lips daily. It gets rid of your painful lips. Thus, you can treat your dry lips.

Milk Cream

Applying a mixture of milk cream and a few drops of beetroot juice or pomegranate juice is also known to heal dry chapped lips and restore the pink color.

Rose Petals

Rose petals are great both for moisturizing properties and dabbing a beautiful rosy color on the lips. Soak some rose petals into pure milk. Then smash up them to get a paste. Apply this solution on your lips 2 or 3 times a day or at night before sleeping to get dry-free lips in the morning.

Jojoba Oil

Jojoba oil is an instant solution for dry lips. It moisturizes the lips and helps to grow new cells, so lips look fresh. Apply a few drops of oil and leave it on the lips for 10 minutes. It moistens the lip skin and repairs the cracked condition.

Castor oil is a nice treatment for chapped lips. It moistens the lips deeply. Apply fresh castor oil on your lips 2 to 3 times a day. At morning wash your lips and enjoy beautiful soft lips. Do it daily to get dry-free lips.

Mango Butter or Oil

Mango Butter or oil is full of fatty acids which make them great emollients. The fats have stearic and oleic acids that act as triglycerides. It has both hydrophilic and hydrophobic, meaning one end attracts water while the other repels it. It softens your lips but locking in the moisture.
